- My name is Dot and I am writing this blog to keep a record of the making of a story for the Out on a Limb project. I live in Tranmere/ Rock Ferry on The Wirral and I have lived here for about twenty-five years. I used to like dancing but now I like reading and I am an active member of the Wirral Ramblers Club. The photo is of me my daughter and granddaughter at my youngest sons wedding three years ago.

ReplyDeleteI think it's a great idea to start with the news headline rather than some description - although as we all said in the workshop you're so good at description that it would be a shame to cut out all of it - it just needs to be placed in the story in small chunks and while other things are happening to keep the reader hooked.
It is also better to put questions like this in the original blog post instead of in an entry on it's own so that people don't get confused.
Carry on blogging - you're doing great. I think you've cracked it now!
